Hi my friends that I love,
Sounds like a fabulous endeavor! I just found this today, Im a little slow at checking my email. I put on 5 lbs, but for the first time I wasnt so alarmed. I do know what to do to feel better and look better. I would like to come along for the ride. 21 days and funny enough I started today without knowing you were doing this. I lost great on a gluten free, sugar free, anyway free of alot of things I was allergic too. Its been 7 months now and I am good on everything except corn , milk and mixed nuts. So I am going to modify this and eat good, tasty, satisfying foods that my body loves and watch the excess melt away. Back to the treadmill for me. I am also going to incorporate some weights. You know those 2lb dumbbells!!! Love you guys. Keep up the good work.. I dont really want to eat when I am home~but at work I want to eat all day. So prayer it is.
